TGSRTC Makes Massive Arrangements for Ganesh Immersion..

The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has made extensive arrangements in Hyderabad for the Ganesh immersion procession. Around 700 special buses will operate across the city for 24 hours to meet the increased demand. Continuous bus services will be available from the Hussain Sagar area, while RTC controllers have been deployed at 44 key locations. Special control rooms have also been set up to coordinate services amid traffic diversions.

To handle emergencies, RTC relief vehicles will be stationed at three locations. As many as 87 mechanics will be available to attend to emergency repairs, while 113 drivers have also been kept on standby. In view of the immersion procession, route changes will also be made for APSRTC and KSRTC buses. The transport authorities have made these arrangements to ensure smooth and uninterrupted public transport services during the festivities.
