The father of Siya Goyal, the prime accused in the sensational Lohagad Fort murder case in Maharashtra, has made an emotional statement that has sparked widespread discussion. Speaking to the media, Praveen Goyal said that if the court finds his daughter guilty, she should receive the strictest punishment under the law. He added that justice for the victim's family must take precedence, stating that no one is above the law. Praveen also revealed that he was devastated after learning about his daughter's arrest and required ICU treatment following the shock.

According to the police, Pune-based real estate businessman Ketan Agarwal had gone trekking to Lohagad Fort on June 18 with his fiancée, Siya Goyal. While the incident was initially believed to be an accidental fall, investigators later alleged that it was a premeditated murder. Police claim that Siya Goyal and her alleged partner, Chetan Choudhary, conspired to push Ketan into the valley. Both accused are currently in custody, and the investigation is ongoing. The victim's family has demanded the maximum punishment if the allegations are proven in court.
