Harish Rao Pays Tribute to Jayashankar

Former Minister and BRS Deputy Floor Leader Harish Rao paid rich tributes to Telangana ideologue Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar on his birth anniversary. He said Jayashankar Sir was a symbol of the aspirations of over four crore Telangana people and dedicated his entire life to the cause of achieving a separate Telangana state.

Harish Rao said the inclusion of Jayashankar’s life and contributions in textbooks to inspire future generations was a significant step taken by the KCR government. He also highlighted that naming the Agricultural University and Bhupalpally district after him, along with officially observing his birth and death anniversaries, were measures taken to honour his legacy. He said following Jayashankar Sir’s ideals is the true tribute to him.
