CM Revanth Reddy to Attend Varuna Yagam at Nagarjuna Sagar Tomorrow

A Varuna Yagam will be conducted tomorrow at the Vijay Vihar Tourism Guest House premises in Nagarjuna Sagar. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is scheduled to participate in the Purnahuti ceremony at 3 PM. He will leave Hyderabad by helicopter at 2 PM and reach the BC Residential School in Nagarjuna Sagar Hill Colony at around 2:45 PM before proceeding to the yagam venue.

The ritual will be performed with 108 priests and 11 homa kundas under the guidance of priests and Vedic scholars from the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadagirigutta. The yagam will be conducted with the intention of seeking abundant rainfall in the Krishna and Godavari river basins. After the programme, the Chief Minister is scheduled to return to Hyderabad at 4 PM.
