CM Joseph Vijay Names MLA Pallavi’s Son

A heartwarming moment unfolded when Tiru.Vi.Ka Nagar MLA Pallavi met Chief Minister Joseph Vijay along with her infant son and requested him to name the child. After concluding the Assembly proceedings on Monday and leaving the Secretariat, the Chief Minister interacted with the MLA and her family. Pallavi conveyed her birthday wishes to Vijay and expressed her long-cherished desire that he name her son.

Taking the baby into his arms, Joseph Vijay named him “Tamil Vetri Kondan.” Speaking to the media later, Pallavi revealed that the name was inspired by Vijay’s character “Vetri Kondan” from the film Jananayagan. She said the child would be affectionately called “TVK” in short. Pallavi expressed immense happiness, stating that her dream of having the Chief Minister name her son had finally come true. Notably, she had earlier announced her intention to name her child “TVK” following the Assembly election results.
