

ndhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to undertake a two-day visit to the Kuppam Assembly constituency on September 21 and 22. On September 21, he will reach Gundisettipalli in Shanthipuram mandal from Bengaluru and participate in the water-harathi programme at the Handri-Neeva Sujala Sravanthi (HNSS) canal. He will then attend several development programmes in Kuppam, including laying the foundation stone for a Rythu Bazaar and inaugurating various works in Kuppam Municipality. Development works worth ₹289.5 crore will be inaugurated, while foundation stones will be laid for works valued at ₹38.5 crore. The Chief Minister will also watch a video showcasing the achievements of ‘Swarnandhra Kuppam’, interact with beneficiaries and address a public meeting at Kothapeta.
As part of the visit, Chandrababu will visit the ‘Swarnandhra Kuppam’ achievements gallery and hold a meeting with representatives of Hindalco. He is also scheduled to review national highway projects. Later in the day, he will participate in a programme at Kuppam railway station related to the additional halt for the Dadar–Puducherry Express. On September 22, the Chief Minister will launch HAM works worth ₹9,000 crore being undertaken across municipalities in the state. He will subsequently interact with industrialists, attend a cadre meeting and return to Amaravati in the evening.
