Upasana Kamineni Konidela Appointed Apollo Hospitals Projects Director

Apollo Hospitals is undertaking the development of new hospitals and modernisation of existing facilities across India as part of an investment plan of ₹8,600 crore. Against this backdrop, Upasana Kamineni Konidela has taken charge as the organisation’s Projects Director. The company said her focus will be on enhancing the overall experience of patients and their attendants visiting Apollo hospitals.

She will work with Apollo’s leadership, medical teams and project partners across the planning, design, construction and execution of hospital projects. Her responsibilities will include coordinating the projects from the design stage through the commissioning of the hospitals. The company has earmarked ₹1,565 crore for modernising existing hospital campuses, with projects planned in Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru and other cities.
