The use of beauty and personal care products is increasing rapidly across India, making the market more attractive to global companies. According to Flipkart’s GlamUp Annual Beauty Trends Report 2026, the Indian beauty market, currently valued at 27 billion dollars, is expected to grow by 45 percent and reach 39 billion dollars, approximately ₹3.70 lakh crore, by 2030.
The report stated that consumer behavior toward beauty products has changed significantly. Earlier, people used beauty products mainly for special occasions, but they are now considered part of daily self-care routines and a symbol of confidence and personal identity. This changing trend is driving strong growth in the beauty and personal care sector.
