Google Search Engine Faces Global Outage, Users Report Server Errors!

Google, one of the world’s most widely used search engines, reportedly faced a temporary global outage on May 12, 2026, creating panic among users worldwide. Many users attempting to access Google Search encountered error messages stating, “We’re sorry… Internal Server Error. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue. Please try again later.”

A large number of complaints were reported from India, with users sharing screenshots of “500 Internal Server Error” messages on social media platforms. According to technicians, such disruptions usually occur due to technical issues in backend infrastructure, causing communication gaps between user browsers and company servers. Several users stated they were unable to perform searches or access results for a brief period before the issue was eventually resolved.
