Google has globally launched Gemini 3.7 Flash, its latest AI model, with a focus on improving software engineering, coding, knowledge work and web development. The new model succeeds Gemini 3.6 Flash and is currently being rolled out to developers, enterprises and individual users.
Google is offering Gemini 3.7 Flash to developers through Google Antigravity, Google AI Studio and Android Studio. Enterprises can access it through the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and Gemini Enterprise app, while eligible Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can use it through the Gemini app in select regions. Gemini Spark is also being upgraded to the new model.
Google claims Gemini 3.7 Flash delivers stronger performance in complex workflows, coding, document comprehension, workflow automation and long horizon software engineering. The company says the model outperformed its predecessor and several competing AI models in tests covering coding, web development, PDF comprehension and enterprise workflow automation.
On the FrontierCode 1.1 Main benchmark, Gemini 3.7 Flash scored 43.6%, compared with 34.4% for Gemini 3.6 Flash, 42.7% for Claude Sonnet 5 and 41.3% for GPT-5.6 Terra. However, GPT 5.6 Terra performed better on the DeepSWE V1.1 test, scoring 69.6% against Gemini 3.7 Flash's 65.3%.
Google has introduced Gemini 3.7 Flash at an introductory price equal to half the per million token cost of Gemini 3.6 Flash. The model is being gradually made available across Google's developer, enterprise and consumer platforms.
