Audi A6 e-tron Creates History With Record-Breaking Range

The Audi A6 Sportback e-tron performance has entered the Guinness World Records by covering 1,338 km on a single battery charge. Polish rally driver Miko Marczyk completed the record-setting journey on public roads in Poland, exceeding the previous benchmark of 1,205 km achieved by the Lucid Air Grand Touring.

The Audi travelled significantly beyond its official WLTP range of up to 777 km, while recording an average energy consumption of just 7.09 kWh per 100 km. The electric car is equipped with a 100 kWh battery, of which 94.9 kWh is usable, and features a low drag coefficient of 0.21. The record attempt took more than 45 hours, with average temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius. However, the achievement involved carefully controlled hypermiling techniques and should not be interpreted as a typical real-world driving range.
