After Women, Men Too.. India Reach Kabaddi Final!

India’s men’s and women’s kabaddi teams are continuing their strong run at the Asian Games 2026. After the women’s team secured a place in the final, the men’s team also booked their spot in the title clash. In the semifinal held in Aichi on Friday, India defeated Thailand 66-28 to seal a comprehensive victory and advance to the final.

Earlier, the Indian women’s kabaddi team defeated Nepal 48-24 in their semifinal to reach the final. With both teams making it to the summit clash, India is assured of two kabaddi medals at the Games. The men’s team will face either Iran or Chinese Taipei in Saturday’s final. Both Indian teams remain unbeaten in the tournament so far.
