

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met senior officials of HDFC Bank at the MCR HRD Bodhi Pavilion in Hyderabad and inaugurated several development projects funded through the bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. He flagged off two ambulances and virtually inaugurated an MRI machine at the Government General Hospital in Bhupalpally. The event was attended by Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju, Rajya Sabha MP Vem Narender Reddy, MLA Gandra Satyanarayana Rao, CMO OSD Vemula Srinivasulu, TSTPC Chairman Aitha Prakash Reddy and senior HDFC Bank officials.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister urged HDFC Bank to extend more financial assistance to women Self-Help Groups (SHGs). He said the state government is promoting logistics parks, warehouses and rice mills through SHGs and requested the bank to provide large-scale loans for these initiatives. Revanth Reddy also appreciated the excellent loan repayment record of women's groups and called for stronger banking support to enhance their economic empowerment.
