CM Revanth Reddy Demands White Paper on KCR Family Assets

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, addressing a public meeting in Sircilla on Wednesday, alleged that the KCR family accumulated substantial wealth and properties during the previous BRS regime. He demanded that BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao release a white paper detailing the family’s assets and questioned the source of properties and investments he alleged were linked to the family in Telangana and abroad.

Revanth Reddy also targeted the previous BRS government over the condition of Sircilla’s handloom sector, worker distress and migration to Gulf countries. He alleged that despite KTR representing the constituency for several terms, problems faced by weavers and migrant workers continued. The Chief Minister highlighted his government’s measures for weavers and migrant families and said development works worth hundreds of crores were being taken up in the region.

The Chief Minister further challenged KTR to come to the Assembly for a debate on the performance of the two governments. He said the Congress government had implemented several welfare and development programmes and promised to focus on transforming Sircilla. Revanth also appealed to voters to support the Congress in the coming elections. KTR and the BRS have previously rejected Revanth’s allegations and demanded documentary details and white papers on the government’s claims regarding land and development in Sircilla.
