Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar strongly criticized Asaduddin Owaisi, alleging that his remarks appeared to undermine the authority of the High Court. He questioned whether it was appropriate to challenge the judiciary after allegedly committing irregularities. Sanjay further stated that the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen shows little respect for courts and laws, expressing concern over the delay in providing clear explanations to the High Court regarding issues linked to Fatima educational institutions.
The Union Minister also raised concerns about alleged illegal constructions, claiming that the institutions were built by encroaching on lake land in Gandipet’s FTL limits. He questioned why demolition notices were being issued to other institutions while no action was taken against those linked to Owaisi, asking if there was selective justice. Sanjay also referred to allegations that the institution provided shelter to militants and demanded clarity. He warned that if found illegal, the structures would be demolished, assuring that students would be accommodated elsewhere. He reiterated that strict action would be taken against corruption and illegal activities without yielding to political pressure.
