

The Telangana Government organized a spectacular dining experience for national and international delegates attending the Telangana Rising Global Summit. To showcase Telangana’s cultural richness and hospitality, the state partnered with Taj Hotels to create an exclusive menu blending traditional Telangana flavors with international cuisine.
The feast featured signature dishes such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Mutton Curry, and Khubani Ka Meetha. For international guests, the spread included grilled fish, roast chicken, and other Western dishes. Breakfast and snacks highlighted Telangana’s traditional favorites like Sakinalu, Ippapuvvu Laddu, and Osmania biscuits. Fresh cold-pressed fruit juices were prepared on the spot for added freshness.
A dedicated team of 450 professionals from Taj Hotels prepared for this event for over a week. Executive Chef Ganesh stated, “We followed global standards and FSSAI guidelines to prepare fresh, hygienic meals for the delegates.” The mix of traditional Telangana cuisine with modern global flavors left a memorable impression on the guests.
