Talent Is All You Need for a Chance at Annapurna

Akkineni Nagarjuna has announced that Annapurna Studios is ready to give aspiring filmmakers an opportunity to direct films. Speaking at the pre release event of Palla Burusu, where he attended as the chief guest, Nagarjuna said anyone with a good and fresh story could approach Annapurna Studios. He added that the studio is willing to produce films with new talent and unique ideas.

Nagarjuna said Annapurna Studios has produced several films under its banner and that the team has now decided to provide more opportunities to newcomers. He stressed that a studio should not merely earn money by leasing its facilities but should also give back to the film industry. He mentioned the recent success of Lenin and the upcoming release of Palla Burusu. Directed by Uday Chouhan and produced jointly by Annapurna Studios and Epic Studios, the film is scheduled to release on August 14.
