Strong Decision by the Director for Arjun Das.. What Really Happened?

Arjun Das and Aditi Shankar are set to headline the upcoming youthful romantic drama ‘Once More’, which is scheduled for a worldwide release on August 28. Directed by Vignesh Sreekanth and produced by Million Dollar Studios, the film features popular model Sona Olikal in a key role. Hesham Abdul Wahab, known for his work in films such as ‘Hridayam’ and ‘Hi Nanna’, is making his Tamil debut as the music composer. During the trailer launch event, Arjun Das shared an interesting detail about how the project came together.

Arjun Das revealed that he agreed to the film after finding Sreekanth’s story fresh and appealing. He said the director had approached several established production houses with the script, but some reportedly wanted the lead actor to be replaced with a bigger star before backing the project. Despite those suggestions, Sreekanth refused to change his choice and remained committed to making the film with Arjun Das. The actor expressed his gratitude for the director’s confidence and said he hopes to repay that trust with the success of ‘Once More’.
