Tamil star actor Vishal’s comments on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay have become a topic of discussion. Speaking at an event, Vishal shared his close bond with Vijay and said that meeting him never felt like meeting a Chief Minister. He revealed that he affectionately calls Vijay “Darling” and recalled asking him for time to narrate a story during the Mark Antony teaser event. Vishal stated that since Vijay is no longer acting in films, he plans to make that story himself. He also expressed hope that Vijay would address the double taxation issue affecting the film industry.
Vishal clarified that his remarks about Rajmohan were misunderstood and said he never intended to disrespect him. He criticized attempts to bring caste-related discussions into the matter and highlighted Vijay’s 32 years of experience in cinema. Meanwhile, Vishal’s directorial venture Magudam, titled Makutam in Telugu, is gearing up for release on August 14, featuring Dushara Vijayan, Yogi Babu, Anjali, John Vijay, and Ajay in key roles.
