Ramya Krishnan Joins 'Queen' as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister

Veteran actress Ramya Krishnan has officially joined the cast of Queen, the upcoming heroine-centric film directed by talented filmmaker Rathan Rishi. The makers announced that she will portray the powerful character of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Lakshmi Pranathi. Produced under the One Circle Films banner, the film introduces popular social media influencer ER Yamini as the lead actress. The cast also includes Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Kalakeya Prabhakar, Tanikella Bharani, Naveen Bethiganti, and others in significant roles.

Queen is inspired by real-life incidents and personalities but presents them through a fictional narrative. Set against the backdrop of 2006 to 2010, the film promises an engaging story blended with contemporary social issues and an emotional love story. The makers expressed their excitement in welcoming Ramya Krishnan to the project, stating that her commanding screen presence is expected to add immense strength to the film.
