

On the occasion of his birthday, Tollywood actor Manchu Manoj interacted with the media and shared details about his newly launched ‘Aikya Dhairya Sena Samithi’ trust, upcoming films, and future plans. Manoj said the trust was created to become a voice for the voiceless and described it as being like his own child. He clarified that the organisation has no political agenda and revealed that complete details about the trust would be officially announced during the launch of his upcoming film ‘Rakshak’ on June 7. The actor added that the film will focus on women’s issues and empowerment, with him playing a DCP police officer.
Speaking about his career, Manoj expressed gratitude to directors Vijay Kanakamedala and Karthik Ghattamaneni for giving him a “rebirth” in cinema. He confirmed that he personally listens to and approves every script he chooses to act in. Addressing politics, Manoj stated that he has always been connected to political circles and revealed that his wife may contest in the next elections. He also shared updates about his upcoming projects including ‘David Reddy’, ‘Mohana Raga Music’, and other films currently in development, while confirming that ‘What The Fish’ has been temporarily stalled due to visa-related issues.
