Choreographer Jani Master has responded to the recent controversy involving the Telugu Film and TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association (TFTDDA). Describing the developments as mistakes that happened knowingly or unknowingly, he appealed to the Telugu film industry to forgive the association with a broad mind. He said the dispute with the Film Chamber and Federation has been resolved and urged all sections of the industry to extend their support and cooperation to TFTDDA.
Jani Master said his concern was that dancers were not receiving the full amount paid by producers for their work, and that he had spoken about the issue with that intention. He added that Chiranjeevi and other senior members of the industry understood his viewpoint and advised everyone to resolve the matter amicably. Speaking at the oath taking ceremony of members elected in the TFTDDA by-elections, he also apologised if any of his remarks had caused hurt. People Media Factory head T.G. Vishwa Prasad attended the event.
