Anupama Parameswaran Opens Up About Her Support System and Past Relationship

Actress Anupama Parameswaran has shared several personal details about her life in a recent interview, including the people she relies on during difficult phases. She revealed that Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan is the first person who comes to her mind when she is feeling low. According to Anupama, Dulquer often messages her whenever she is feeling down, something that continues to surprise her. She said that talking to him for a while helps her overcome her sadness. She also named Telugu actor Ram as another person she deeply trusts.

In the same interview, Anupama opened up about her past relationship and spoke about experiencing narcissistic abuse. She explained that such emotional abuse can happen silently, with people displaying controlling behaviour and attempting to keep others under their influence. Anupama and Dulquer previously shared the screen in the Malayalam film Jomonte Suvisheshangal. Meanwhile, Dulquer’s upcoming film I’M Game is scheduled to release on September 3.
