Engaging in at least 30 minutes of walking or yoga daily helps keep the body active and supports hormonal balance. Stress management through practices like meditation is equally important. Getting 7–8 hours of quality sleep each day aids in restoring hormonal equilibrium. Additionally, regular thyroid check-ups every 3 to 6 months can help in early detection and better management of the condition. By adopting a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle habits, thyroid disorders can be effectively controlled.
