Ingredients required:
1.two tablespoons of black pepper
2.one cup of grated jaggery
3.five glasses of water
4.one teaspoon of cardamom powder
Preparation Method:
To prepare, first grate the jaggery and place it in a bowl. Crush the black pepper coarsely using a mixer or mortar. In a large vessel, fill half with water, then add the jaggery, black pepper, and cardamom powder, Some also add dry ginger powder for extra benefit, Mix well to combine. Drinking this special beverage is said to reduce heat in the body and improve overall health, making it both tasty and beneficial.
