However, many people tend to avoid drinking warm or lukewarm water and instead prefer chilled or ice-cold water from the refrigerator. It is also advisable to avoid drinking cold water immediately after coming in from outside. To prevent dehydration, one should consume at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily, and those who sweat more may require even higher intake. Additionally, including fluids such as fruit juices and coconut water can be beneficial for overall health.
