What Happened to the Promise of One Tola of Gold? – Chinta Prabhakar

Sangareddy MLA Chinta Prabhakar questioned the Congress government over the implementation of its election promises. Speaking at the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak cheque distribution programme held at a private function hall in Sangareddy, he asked what had happened to the promise of providing one tola of gold to women from poor families.

The MLA also questioned the government's assurance of providing ₹2,500 to women in every household and increasing pensions to ₹4,000. He urged the government to fulfill all the promises made to the people at the earliest. TGIIC Chairperson Nirmala Jaggareddy also attended the programme.
