Revanth Reddy Selected for Aryadan Mohammed-2026 Award

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has been selected for the prestigious ‘Aryadan Mohammed-2026 Best Public Servant Award’. The award is instituted by the Aryadan Mohammed Foundation in memory of late Kerala Congress leader and former minister Aryadan Mohammed. Foundation Working Chairman and Nilambur MLA Aryadan Shoukath said Revanth Reddy was selected in recognition of initiatives for the welfare of farmers, backward classes and common people in Telangana, along with his leadership and commitment to democratic values. The jury comprised MP Benny Behanan, Kerala Revenue Minister A.P. Anil Kumar and writer and intellectual Kalpetta Narayanan.

The award will be presented to Revanth Reddy at a function in Nilambur, Kerala, at 4 pm on Friday, marking the fourth death anniversary of Aryadan Mohammed. The honour carries a cash prize of ₹1 lakh, a citation and a memento. AICC General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal will deliver the Aryadan Mohammed memorial lecture at the event. Aryadan Mohammed was elected to the Kerala Assembly eight times and served as a minister in four state governments. The foundation said he was remembered for his public service, democratic values and work related to welfare and workers’ issues.
