Red Alert for Heavy Rain in Several Telangana Districts Tomorrow

The India Meteorological Department has issued a severe weather warning for Telangana, forecasting very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall at isolated places on September 23. The weather department has also warned of thunderstorms, lightning and strong surface winds during the period.

Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal and Hanamkonda are among the districts expected to receive intense rainfall. Residents in the affected areas are advised to remain alert and follow official weather and local administration advisories.
