Industrialist Madala Srinivasu has approached the Andhra Pradesh High Court with an urgent petition seeking protection, alleging a threat to his life from AP Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishna Raju. Srinivasu has claimed that he is being threatened in connection with his purchase of a company belonging to Raghurama Krishna Raju through an auction.
According to the allegations made in the petition, Srinivasu has been pressured not to submit evidence to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) concerning alleged diversion of funds and loan defaults. He further claimed that people were allegedly sent to his residence in an attempt to abduct him. Srinivasu has sought immediate intervention from the court, stating that his complaints to the police have not resulted in a case being registered.
Srinivasu has requested 2+2 security cover for himself and stated that he is willing to bear the expenses involved. The matter has now reached the Andhra Pradesh High Court, where his urgent plea is expected to be examined. The allegations are part of the petitioner’s claims and will require consideration by the competent authorities and the court.
