Play Devotional Songs During Ganesh Procession: Shashidhar

Bhagyanagar Utsav Samiti General Secretary Ravinutala Shashidhar appealed to devotees and organisers to ensure that the Ganesh immersion procession is conducted in a peaceful atmosphere. With the Balapur Ganesh idol and other idols set to proceed towards the lake for immersion, he urged everyone to maintain coordination and ensure the smooth conduct of the celebrations.

Shashidhar appealed to organisers to avoid songs that promote obscenity during the procession and instead play spiritual and devotional songs. He also urged the police to take action against those whose conduct disrupts the spiritual atmosphere. He assured that the Bhagyanagar Utsav Samiti would extend full cooperation to the police in maintaining peace and order. He also thanked the media for extensively covering the Ganesh festivities.
