The National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted coordinated raids at 20 locations across India, including Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as part of an investigation into the alleged online promotion of ISIS and Al Qaeda ideology. The searches were carried out simultaneously on Tuesday.
According to the NIA, 11 accused persons and one juvenile have been arrested so far in connection with the case. During the raids, officials seized several digital devices and electronic gadgets, which will be sent for forensic examination to collect further evidence.
