

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said that new platforms for women’s empowerment are taking shape across the state. In a social media post, he highlighted the Indira Mahila Shakti Bhavans, which have been completed across various districts and are being prepared for inauguration. He said the centres are intended to become hubs for women’s self-respect and economic independence by providing self-help group members with opportunities for training, employment, production and access to wider markets.
Revanth Reddy said the government aims to transform women from self-help group members into entrepreneurs by bringing multiple opportunities together under one platform. He emphasised that empowering women can contribute to stronger families and faster development across Telangana. Highlighting the government’s vision of “Women’s Progress – Telangana’s Progress,” he said efforts are being strengthened towards the goal of making one crore women financially prosperous and accelerating the state’s development journey.
