Kokapet Records ₹282.85 Crore Lease Deal

Hyderabad’s Kokapet has recorded a significant commercial real estate lease transaction. KFin Technologies has leased 2.42 lakh square feet of space at Rajapushpa West Avenue, Kokapet, at a rate of ₹45 per square foot for a 15-year term.

The deal highlights the growing demand for Grade-A commercial spaces in Kokapet and the wider Neopolis corridor. Premium developments, improving connectivity and an expanding corporate presence are strengthening West Hyderabad’s position as an emerging commercial destination.
