Passengers travelling from Kannur to Hyderabad on an IndiGo flight reportedly faced inconvenience after the service was cancelled at the last minute. The cancellation is said to have triggered confusion at the airport, with passengers reportedly arguing with airline staff over alternative arrangements. Passengers expressed dissatisfaction after being asked to consider travelling via Mumbai to reach Hyderabad.
According to the information provided to passengers, IndiGo staff offered alternative travel arrangements via Navi Mumbai or Chennai. However, passengers reportedly objected to having to wait until around 9 pm to reach Hyderabad. IndiGo’s official cancellation policy states that when a flight is cancelled or rescheduled by the airline, passengers may be offered alternative travel arrangements or a refund, subject to the applicable conditions.
