Land prices in Hyderabad’s IT corridor have once again created a new record, with an acre of land in Rayadurg fetching ₹269 crore. The latest price is higher than the ₹264 crore per acre recorded at a nearby plot just a week ago, highlighting the continuing demand for premium commercial land in the area. The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIAC) conducted an online auction for 5.38 acres located in Survey No. 83/1 of Rayadurg. The reserve price was fixed at ₹175 crore per acre, while bidders were required to make an advance payment of ₹10 crore to participate.
Several real estate companies competed in the auction, eventually leading to Vamsiram Builders emerging as the successful bidder. The company acquired the entire 5.38-acre parcel at ₹269 crore per acre. The auction is expected to significantly boost government revenues, with the transaction generating approximately ₹1,447 crore. The record price once again underlines the strong demand for land in Hyderabad’s IT and commercial growth corridor.
