In a significant verdict in the decades-old Dhar Bhojshala/Kamal Maula dispute in Madhya Pradesh, the Indore High Court division bench ruled in favor of the Hindu petitioners, declaring that the disputed site belongs to the temple. The court directed that the site be brought under the control of the Archaeological Survey of India.
The court also permitted the installation of a Goddess Saraswati idol at the site and issued recommendations to the central government regarding its management. The ruling marks a crucial development in the long-standing religious and historical dispute over Bhojshala.
