Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla Extends Greetings to the People of Telangana

The Ashada Masam Bonalu festivities have begun in Telangana from today. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla extended his greetings to the people of the state and said that Bonalu represents the spirit, traditions and cultural identity of Telangana. He stated that the festival is not just a celebration but also a symbol of people’s faith and devotion.

The Governor urged devotees to participate in the Bonalu celebrations with spiritual devotion and wished for peace, prosperity and happiness in the state with the blessings of Goddess. As part of the festivities, the Bhagyanagar Bonalu Utsava Samithi will organize Bonalu celebrations at Golconda today evening, where Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla will attend as the chief guest.
