Daggubati Family Files Virtual Appearance Petition in Deccan Kitchen Case

The Daggubati family’s legal team filed a petition before the Nampally Criminal Court seeking permission for virtual appearance in the Deccan Kitchen case. The court examined the preliminary submissions and expressed satisfaction with the material placed before it.

The court admitted the virtual appearance petition and directed the opposite parties to file their counter by August 21. The case has been adjourned to August 21 for further hearing.
