Circumstances Should Not Be Barriers to Talent - Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla

Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said that Class 10 results are not the end of a student’s journey but the first step towards achieving higher goals. He urged students to dream big and work hard to turn their aspirations into reality, stressing that financial conditions or lack of resources should never become barriers to talent. The Governor attended the ‘Mission 10th Class Reward and Recognition’ programme organised by Shriram Group at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad as the chief guest. He appreciated the group for providing incentives worth around Rs 2.27 crore to 632 SSC toppers from Telangana government schools.

Addressing the students, Shukla said their background and circumstances should not limit their dreams and that government school students can achieve whatever they aspire to. He encouraged them to develop curiosity, discipline and good character along with education, while making effective use of technology and continuing to learn by asking questions. He also advised students to remember the contribution of their parents and teachers and give back to their schools and society after reaching higher positions.
