Bhagirath to Be Produced in Court

In the POCSO case, accused Bandi Bhagirath is being questioned by the police for the third consecutive day. He is being interrogated at Pet Basheerabad Police Station until the evening. As his three-day police custody ends today, he will be produced before a judge in court later in the day. Following court orders, he is expected to be shifted to Cherlapally Jail.

Police have already gathered certain evidence related to chats with the victim on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat. Based on these findings, the interrogation is being carried out in detail. The investigation is being led by the case investigation officer and Pet Basheerabad Inspector Vijay Vardhan, with officials focusing on digital communication records as key evidence in the case.
