

Speaking at the Amazon Data Center foundation ceremony, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said the project will serve as a catalyst for attracting global investments to Telangana's Future City. He highlighted that the Telangana Rising Global Summit attracted delegates from 108 countries and reaffirmed the state's commitment to becoming a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047. The government aims to double Telangana's contribution to the national GDP from 5% to 10%.
The Chief Minister said the government is providing world-class infrastructure, industrial support, and employment opportunities through initiatives like the Young India Skill University. He also urged Amazon to expand its investments in Telangana and announced monthly review meetings for major investment projects. Revanth Reddy emphasized sustainable urban development, including electric public transport, pollution control, and fair compensation and employment support for farmers contributing land for development.
