998 More Acres Approved for Jonnagiri Gold Mining

The land acquisition process for the Jonnagiri Gold Mining Project in Kurnool district is set to gain momentum. The state government has approved the acquisition of an additional 998 acres of land required for the project, giving a major boost to gold mining activities in the region.

The government has also permitted the use of 40 acres of land on a lease basis. Approval has been granted to utilize lands belonging to the Endowments Department for project requirements, paving the way for further development of the Jonnagiri Gold Mining Project.
