Tata Power Launches Telangana’s First Tata.ev Mega Charger Hub in Hyderabad

India’s leading integrated power company, Tata Power, in partnership with Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited (TPEM), has inaugurated Telangana’s first Tata.ev Mega Charger Hub at the iLabs Centre in Hyderabad. Strategically located in the heart of Hitech City, the high-speed charging hub is designed to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in the city. The facility will cater to private EV owners, commercial fleet operators, ride-hailing services, intercity travellers, and corporate professionals.

The Mega Charger Hub has a total charging capacity of 360 kW and is equipped with three 120 kW fast chargers, enabling up to six electric vehicles to be charged simultaneously. Operating 24x7, the facility significantly reduces charging time while ensuring a seamless and reliable charging experience. The initiative is expected to strengthen Hyderabad’s EV ecosystem and support Telangana’s sustainable mobility and clean energy goals.
