WhatsApp is preparing to roll out a major update for iPhone users. The multi-account support feature, which was previously available only on Android, is now being tested for iOS and will soon be released publicly.
Due to the rising number of cyber fraud cases, many users are shifting to iPhones for better security. Cybercriminals often hack Android devices through spam links to steal bank information and personal data. Since hacking an iPhone is more difficult, the demand for iPhones has significantly increased.
However, several Android features are not available on iPhone, which is why WhatsApp is now bringing multi-account support to iOS.
With this update, iPhone users will be able to use two WhatsApp accounts (one for personal use and one for work) in the same app — just like Android users.
Open WhatsApp Settings
Tap on Account List
Enter your secondary phone number
The second WhatsApp account will be added instantly
This makes managing personal and professional communication much easier for iPhone users.
