Fintech leader PhonePe has taken a significant step toward enhancing the digital payments experience by making it smarter and more user-friendly. The company has introduced an innovative AI-powered Natural Language Search feature in collaboration with Microsoft Foundry.
With this new feature, users no longer need to navigate through complex app menus. Instead, they can seamlessly complete transactions using simple voice or text commands, making the overall payment process faster and more intuitive.
According to PhonePe’s Co-founder and CTO, Rahul Chari, the technology operates on a hybrid model that combines on-device and cloud capabilities. He emphasized that the system has been designed with a strong focus on data security, ensuring that users can carry out transactions safely and securely without compromising their privacy.
