

Royal Enfield has entered the electric vehicle segment with the launch of its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea CE6 today. Introduced under the City+ Electric Mobility brand, the bike is priced at ₹2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Under the Battery as a Service (BaaS) scheme, the price is ₹1.99 lakh. Bookings start on April 10, and deliveries will begin in May.
The Flying Flea CE6 features a 3.91 kWh battery paired with a 15.4 kW PMSM motor. It offers a top speed of 115 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. The motorcycle has an IDC range of 154 km per charge and can be recharged from 20% to 80% in 65 minutes. Designed for urban riders, it features a compact visible frame, floating seat, detachable pillion, LED headlights, Google-assisted navigation, wireless phone charging, cornering ABS, traction control, and sport and individual riding modes. The bike weighs only 124 kg, making it the lightest motorcycle from Royal Enfield to date.
