OpenAI Appoints Prabhjeet Singh as India MD to Strengthen AI Expansion

OpenAI has taken a key step to strengthen its operations in India by appointing Prabhjeet Singh as its Managing Director for the country. He is set to assume charge in September.

His primary focus will be expanding AI adoption in India and building partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, and government bodies. Singh brings extensive experience from Uber, where he served as India and South Asia President for several years.
