Microsoft is preparing to unveil a new wave of Copilot features this Thursday, signaling a major step in making its AI assistant more personal and interactive. The Redmond-based company hinted at a complete reimagination of Copilot, including AI-powered agents, avatars, and deeper integration across its ecosystem.Reports suggest that Microsoft plans to introduce the Mico avatar—previously seen in the GroupMe app—directly into Copilot. Teasers shared on social media hinted at this upgrade with the caption, “This Thursday, prepare to see the light.”
The company is also rumored to bring agentic actions to the Edge browser, allowing users to perform complex tasks using simple voice or text commands instead of endless scrolling and clicking.According to leaks, other upcoming features could include Copilot Journeys, which automatically organizes browser tabs by topic, and tools for group chats, browser memory optimization, and app connectors.Microsoft has not officially confirmed the new features yet, but full details are expected during the October 23 event at 9:30 PM IST.
