QualiZeal stated that Hyderabad is rapidly emerging as a major hub for Artificial Intelligence and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). In a white paper prepared jointly with Everest Group, the company said that the city currently hosts more than 400 GCCs.
According to the report, over 3 lakh professionals are working in these centers, while nearly 10 lakh people are employed in the IT and IT-enabled services sectors across the city. With rising investments in AI technologies, around 58 percent of the centers have already invested in Agentic AI solutions.
The Indian GCC industry, valued at 64.6 billion dollars in 2024, is expected to reach 105 billion dollars by 2030. QualiZeal itself operates three GCCs in Hyderabad, employing more than 850 engineers. The company has also set a revenue target of 100 million dollars by 2028.
